While at a local craft show the other weekend, I met a fellow Etsy-er who makes the most whimsical and fun paper garlands you’d ever see. I immediately thought of a dozen different places in my house where I’d love to hang one of these beauties, but I narrowed it down to three. I gave her my custom order, and within a week I had the start of my holiday decorating up and ready to admire…
