Over the weekend, while out and about, I was lucky enough to happen upon these cuties…
Yep, reproduction vintage spools. And while there’s a plethora of fun and crafty things to make and do with them, I knew I wanted something easy and fun to make, yet functional.
The how-to is super simple. Here’s what you need:
First, take an alligator clip and attach it to the end of one of your chopsticks using hot glue. Drop the chopstick down into your spool and, using a handsaw, cut the chopstick to fit.
Add another dab of glue at the bottom of your spool to hold the chopstick in, and voila!
So.Darn.Cute.
