spring cleaning

Spring is here in full swing (finally!), which means that it’s time to tackle spring cleaning! Don’t fret, though, today, I’m taking you through three simple, yet effective, spring cleaning tasks focusing on the most used (and often germiest) room in the house–the kitchen! With only a sponge, water, and my new spring cleaning friend, Palmolive® Multi Surface, your kitchen will be sparkling clean in under an hour! So what kitchen cleaning tasks are on my list? Read on…

First up, fill your sink with hot water, and squeeze in a couple drops of Palmolive® Multi Surface-which can be used on kitchen surfaces as well as dishes, and, most importantly, Palmolive® Multi Surface eliminates 99.9% of bacteria (*staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella enterica and E. coli ((157:H7)) from dishes and hard non porous kitchen surfaces.

1) First up on my list of must-do kitchen spring cleaning tasks? Your cabinets AND cabinet hardware. Think about it, next to your counters, these items are the most hard-working, and often most neglected, parts of your kitchen. Wipe down your cabinets (inside, too, if you’re feeling extra motivated), and your cabinet hardware with your Palmolive® Multi Surface/water mixture.

2) Next, use your sponge to wipe down your often-neglected appliances. This includes your microwave, stove, refrigerator, stand-mixer, dishwasher, etc. Don’t forget the handles!

3) It’s backsplash time! No matter what your backsplash material, chances are, it could use a good wipe down. Use your Palmolive® Multi Surface and scrub your backsplash until it shines.

That’s it! Your kitchen is ready for spring! It feels good to get things done, and that is doubly true for spring cleaning tasks.

To get your own sparkle on with the help of Palmolive® Multi Surface, just head to Wal-Mart! If you’re a visual learner like me, see below to see exactly where to find this go-to kitchen cleaner…

This product works wonderfully on stainless steel, no streaking, a nice shine. The ONLY product I've found to do that. It also diluted properly works great on floors (pergo, linoleum, and wood and others). I've used it on mirrors and WINDOWS. Works great on ceramic tile, porcelain, and plastic. I am a professional house cleaner, and find I can use this product for nearly all my work
