West Elm is one of my favorite sources for DIY inspiration. When I saw their Nature of Wood Wall Art in a recent catalog, I fell in love with the minimalist and nature-inspired style. I wanted to create something similar, using supplies I already had around my home…
Materials:
- Shadowbox Frame
- Cardstock
- Mod Podge
- Pencil or Marker
- Glue Gun
Step 1: Simply cut small lengths of your cardstock, wind around your marker, and secure with a dot of hot glue.
Step 2: Mod Podge a contrasting color of cardstock onto the backing of your frame. Let dry.
Step 3: Dip your circles into your Mod Podge, and attach to your frame backing.
Let dry, and you’re done! I’ve displayed this piece all over my home; the neutral colors and simple style makes it a great fit on any dresser, shelf or mantle.
Thanks for reading all about my West Elm-inspired circles art!
Have a crafty day!
