It’s hard to believe, but the holidays are quickly approaching! For me, that means it’s time to start preparing my arsenal of easy, no-hassle recipes that can be pulled together quickly and, of course, taste great.
These no-bake Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Bites fulfill all of those requirements and more! Using two of my holiday favorites-Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate and Reddi-Wip®, these came together in under 30 minutes…
Simply take 8 ounces of cream cheese, and whisk in your stand mixer (you can even do this by hand if you don’t have a stand mixer). Add in 4 packets of Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate and 1.5 cups of Reddi-Wip and mix until incorporated…
Fill your fillo cups (I found mine pre-baked in the freezer section), top with more Reddi-Wip and shaved chocolate (I used a bar of dark chocolate and a microplane to make my shavings), and you’re done!
Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Bites
Ingredients
- 1.5 Cups Whipped Topping
- 4 Packets Hot Chocolate Powder
- 1 Package Phyllo Cups
- 1 8 Ounce Package Cream Cheese (room temperature works best)
- Whipped Cream
- Chocolate Shavings
Instructions
Combine room temperature cream cheese, whipped topping, and hot chocolate powder in a bowl. Stir or whisk until smooth.
Place phyllo cups in a mini muffin tin (or just place on a cookie sheet). Fill with the cream cheese mixture, and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Holiday baking doesn’t get any easier than this. If you’d rather create a dip instead, skip the fillo cups and pour your mixture into a pretty bowl for a fun Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Dip! Surround your dip with graham crackers or vanilla wafers for dipping.
These are, quite simply, so delicious. This will be your go-to dessert for the holiday season!
I found my Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate and Reddi-Wip at Kroger. The Swiss Miss can be found in the baking aisle, and the Reddi-Wip is in the dairy section.
Thanks for reading all about my Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Bites! Have a lovely day!
