This easy appetizer features delicious caramel sauce and whipped cream cheese…our Caramel Cream Cheese Dip comes together quickly and is perfect for potlucks and entertaining!
Sometimes, the simplest things are the best! This Caramel Cream Cheese dip is proof of that. Perfect for entertaining, it comes together so quickly and easily.
It starts with Trader Joe’s Fleur de Sel Caramel Sauce. It’s rich, thick and so, so delicious! If you can’t find it, or don’t have a Trader Joe’s in the area, this Stonewall Kitchen version is a great substitute (and it ships directly to your door).
Simply combine one jar (or approximately 10 oz of another favorite caramel sauce) with two 8 oz tubs of whipped cream cheese. I did this by hand, but you can easily use a hand mixer or stand mixer to make it go a little faster!
Drizzle with extra caramel sauce for some added color and flavor, and that’s it! This is SO GOOD paired with apple slices (I chose Granny Smith and Pink Lady apples that we picked at the orchard last weekend) and gingersnap cookies.
