First, a quick Baby Girl update-We had a growth ultrasound yesterday (my first since being on bedrest from home!), and Baby Girl measured 3 lbs. 12 oz. (up 9 oz from two weeks ago). This wasn’t a let’s-throw-a-party-and-celebrate kind of gain, but it definitely falls under the “reasonable gain” category, and bought us a bit longer on at-home bedrest. Our delivery date has been moved up (3 out of the 4 of us will have April birthdays!!), and I’ve been ordered to rest, eat lots of protein, and rest some more. On the plus side, there isn’t an episode of Friends or an HGTV show that I haven’t seen, and Amazon and I have become best buds.
And….
I’m so thrilled and honored to be featured on Gabrielle’s blog, Design Mom, this week! For a tour of my home and Q & A, go check it out!!!
Again, thanks for all the prayers, emails, and well wishes–you all are awesome!! xoxo

Thanks for the well wishes, Cyndi!!! And, of course, YOU would notice the "C":) We're not 100% sure, but I think a "C" name is where we're leaning....can't wait to share once we make a decision!! Girl's names are hard!!!!!! xoxo

So glad to hear that there is positive progress!! Yes, little Mama, eat LOTS of proteins!! My oldest daughter was born on April 6th. April IS a beautiful month for a birthday! {As you already know!} It's definitely better than my youngest daughter's Dec. 24th arrival! ;)
Anyway, a healthy baby can have any birthday! And my prayers are continuing for some more "baking in the oven" time!! <3

So glad that everything is working as it is supposed to. I know it can be frustrating having to hang out and do nothing, but take care of yourself and eat lots of healthy goodies so you are rested and ready for that sweet little baby next month. I had a November baby and an April baby. April is definitely such a nice time of year to have a new baby. In fact, I had our baby girl on April 18th and we brought her home on Apr. 21st, which happened to be our FIRST ANNIVERSARY! We celebrated our new baby girl that evening by eating the top of our wedding cake which we'd frozen for a year. God Bless!
