We're demystifying the world of vinyl today and sharing the best vinyl for Cricut and other cutting machines.
ORACAL 651 is the industry standard in high quality vinyl for cutting machines.
This vinyl is designed to work with Cricut, Silhouette, and other machines, and is ideal for most craft projects.
This vinyl boasts a high-gloss finish, and is scratch, scuff and water resistant. It features a highly durable, solvent-based adhesive.
Siser Easyweed is one of the most-recommended heat transfer vinyl (or HTV)
It's a durable polyurethane based material that is very flexible. If applied properly, it should even outlast the life of the garment.
This is perfect for tshirts, sweatshirts, onesies, tote bags, kitchen towels, bath towels and so much more.
Transfer tape is similar to adhesive vinyl and is mainly used, you guessed it, to transfer adhesive vinyl to your projects (your mug, ornament, glass etc).
It is often transparent, with a grid, which is used to help line up designs to get them straight.
To use, simply cut a piece of transfer tape the same size as your cut image and then apply pressure over image using an old credit card or other straight edge.
- You'll want to press your vinyl image onto a clean surface, working from center outward, smoothing out and applying pressure as you go.
- Lastly, carefully peel back the transfer tape and your vinyl will stay stuck to your project.
This premium glitter vinyl seems to be a fan favorite!
