It’s football season! If you’ve decided to take it to the house for your next football get-together, then this post is for you. I’m sharing fun and easy football party food and crafts that everyone will love! You’re certain to score with your biggest fans with these easy football party ideas!
I have lots of crafts and food ideas to share, including felt Coca-Cola bottle jerseys (so cute!), a fun football field backdrop, cupcake flags, a football flag garland, and delicious food featuring RITZ® crackers! So let’s get started, first, with the perfect craft idea for football fans, no matter what team you’re rooting for!
These felt football jerseys are the perfect accessory for your Coca-Cola bottles! Just print out the template, trace your template onto a piece of felt and cut out. You can then decorate your jersey with sticker numbers and washi tape (or marker) to create stripes on the sleeves.
Use hot glue on the back of the jersey (see image above-I put washi tape where the glue should go), press it closed, and slip over your Coca-Cola bottle.

Aren’t they adorable?!
Next up, every food table needs a football garland! This one is super easy! All you need is craft foam, white puffy paint, and bakers twine…
Cut your craft foam into triangles use your puffy paint to paint white stripes (to look like football stitching), and let dry. Once dry, use a hole punch to punch 2 holes in each triangle and string onto baker’s twine…
Let’s not forget these cupcake flags–the perfect way to gussy up store-bought cupcakes. Just cut paper straws in half, stamp your saying of choice on masking tape, and wind the tape around the straws. Easy, inexpensive and adorable cupcake decor!
Now, let’s talk about the food…
It’s hard to say enough good things about this Baked Ricotta Dip! With buttery RITZ® crackers, it will easily score you a touchdown with your family and friends!
Simply mix your ingredients and put in a oven-safe bowl or glass baking dish. The best part is, you can make this the day before and store in the refrigerator until you’re ready to bake. Here it is before going into the oven…
Speaking of easy party food, this Sun Dried Tomato Baked Brie is another easy and delicious dish!

And, lastly, a football party just wouldn’t be complete without Mini Crescent Dogs!
Use mustard (or ketchup, if you prefer) to pipe some football “stitching” onto your cooked snacks for some football-inspired fun!

And, lastly, let’s chat about this backdrop…
Simply take square paper plates, and use them to form a grid onto your wall. I used 25 total, but you can make the backdrop as large as you’d like! I secured the plates to the wall with a bit of double-sided foam tape.
Next, to form the lines on the field, run a length of white masking tape from the bottom to the top of backdrop, centering the tape where the plates meet.
Use number stickers to indicate yard lines, and you’re done!
Ready to host a game day get-together of your own? Everything you need can be found at Walmart! As an added incentive, Coca-Cola 16.9 oz 6-packs are now 2 for $5!
