Like many of you, my family and I are navigating the unfamiliar waters of social distancing these past few weeks.

While we all feel fine and are healthy (so-far), we’re trying to do our part to flatten the curve and hopefully not overwhelm our country’s hospitals.

We’re leaning on various things to make this time at home easier, including phone and Facetime chats with friends, LOTS of outdoor time/nature walks, and, naturally, Amazon.

This Stomp Rocket came today and the kids are having SO much fun with it!! This may be my new go-to birthday gift for kids over 5. I can see us getting a lot of use from it over the next couple of weeks.

Pentel Oil Pastel Set With Carrying Case, 45-Color Set, 50/Set (PENPHN50)

My daughter loves all things arts and crafts. We didn't have a good set of oil pastels at home, so I purchased these.

Art is one of our favorite ways to relax, and I'm hopeful we'll get lots of use out of these over the coming weeks.

Spirograph Award Winning Deluxe Design Kit - 45 Piece Set

I'm not sure where (probably YouTube), but my daughter decided she needed a Spirograph, and who am I to argue?

I had one of these as kids and loved it. Such a fun way to decorate blank notecards to send out to friends and family, too.
