A couple of years ago, I shared a recipe for easy cake mix cookies. I created a classic peanut butter and chocolate combo, and, just recently, wanted to make cookies for a friend who just moved, I decided to try these again with a different flavor combination…red velvet and white chocolate!
The beauty of cake mix cookies is their simplicity. You just need a box of cake mix, a bag of chips, 2 eggs, and 1/2 c. vegetable oil…
I used red velvet mix and white chocolate chips, but the combinations, as you can imagine, are endless!
Combine the cake mix, oil, and two eggs in a bowl. Fold in the chips.
Drop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes.
So ridiculously easy (and delicious, too).
Thanks for reading all about my red velvet cake mix cookies!
