Have a Vitamix blender and looking for more ways to use it? These easy recipes will make you wonder how you ever lived without it!
I got a Vitamix blender only a few months ago now, and it’s been a kitchen game changer!
I mainly use my Vitamix for smoothies, and I love the smooth, consistent texture that I once thought you could only find in a high-end smoothie shop.
Looking for recipes other than smoothies to expand my repertoire, I asked some blogger friends for their very best Vitamix recipes!
Do I have to Use a Vitamix?
This is a GREAT question, and the short answer is no, you do not need to specifically use a Vitamix for these recipes.
However. The Vitamix, by far, has the best blending power compared to other standard blenders.
All the Vitamix blenders come with a horsepower motor that runs at a high-speed without any issue, which makes it ideal for all recipes, but especially ones with thicker batter or seeds, etc that you want finely ground.
So no, you do not have to use a Vitamix for these recipes. I would recommend a high-speed blender, though. You can, of course, try any of these recipes with a standard blender.
Recipes with thicker batters or consistencies, though, may best be done by hand, if possible, to ensure you don’t overheat the motor.
